先客無し。
和牛カルビ定食を塩ダレでいただきました。
定食にはスープ、サラダ、キムチ、ナムル、ソフトドリンクが付いてます。
まずはソフトドリンクがジョッキで提供されます。

次に定食が到着。
カルビは美しいサシが入っていて、キラキラ輝いてます。
ガスロースターで焦げないように丁寧に丁寧に焼いて、一口。
旨っ！
めちゃくちゃ柔らかくて、口の中に肉の旨みが爆発します。
これはご飯が何杯でもいけそうです。
サラダやキムチ、ナムルも美味。
和牛でこの味、この値段ならめちゃくちゃコスパがいいと思うのですが、自分以外にお客さんがいないのが不思議。
