ランチで訪問。
上海焼きそばをいただきました。
新宿御苑では珍しく、味玉や水餃子、キャベツが食べ放題。
小皿に取って、花椒が香るタレをかけていただきました。
味玉はしっかり火が通ったタイプで、タレと合う！
半熟では無いしっかり茹でられた卵が、中国っぽい。
水餃子は皮がモッチモチで中にはニラが詰まってます。
こちらもタレとの組み合わせで、旨さが一気に昇華され、旨い！
味付けされたキャベツがいい存在で、シャキシャキ感、さっぱり感が食事に変化を与えてくれます。
そしてメインの上海焼きそばが到着。
日本の焼きそばとは異なる、たっぷりの油で炒められた中国本場の炒麺。
この油っぽさは、焼きそばをイメージしているとギャップが大きいので、要注意です。
炒麺が好きな人には、お勧めです。
スープは普通。
お腹がいっぱいになったのでコーヒーはいただきませんでした。
