Tomorrow is a day off, so I visited again.
Sichuan-style stir-fried chicken and peanuts 900 yen The first bite is peanuts, with a limp texture. It's soft, probably due to the heat and moisture passing through it. Personally, I like it harder. Today, the woman from the other day was absent, and only the old man was there. I'm watching from the audience with a smile on my face. Friendly.
It was renovated and renamed so I went there.
There used to be a Chinese Cuisine restaurant with a wonderful name called Seigetsuen https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1304/A130402/13261668/, but it closed down and was renovated. It looks like they've opened with a new name, so I'm going to give it a try. Although the store had opened in August, it was closed for Obon, so I didn't visit until September. People come here under the guise of wanting to relieve their summer fatigue. The inside of the store hasn't changed much, and the arrangement of desks doesn't seem to have changed either. A woman will welcome you. Today, I ordered something that looked really spicy, Sichuan-style spicy stew of pork (980 yen). There are no customers outside the store. The food that came out after a while was completely red and looked quite spicy. Even if you just take a bite, it's not that spicy. You will start sweating over time, but you will never run out of it, even if you eat quite a lot of pork. There wasn't much of a difference in terms of the content, but the female staff member I mentioned earlier liked to talk, and since there was no one else around, we were able to have a conversation. He and his brother work in the kitchen run the restaurant, and although they say they Szechuan Cuisine, they are actually from Heilongjiang Province. I was asked if they were planning a year-end party this year, and they said that they recommended knife-cut noodle, and that they were worried about the lack of customers, perhaps because of the crowds. The atmosphere is so good that I want to come back again, but there is no place to stop here even if you come by car, and the subway stations Akebonobashi Station and Shinjuku Gyoen Station are each about 500 meters away, so it's not that convenient. However, this intersection is a convenient place where Matsuya, Hamburg restaurants, My Basket, etc. are gathered, and there are not only offices but also apartments. There are several restaurants along Yasukuni Dori that serve Chinese Cuisine set meals even in the evening, so you can try them out and compare them. In this day and age, food costs less than 1000 yen. I don't think it's bad.

I've been to this store for the first time in a while. I think more people will want to eat spicy Szechuan Cuisine as the weather gets colder, but there were no other customers today. Like last time, I ordered Sichuan-style stir-fried chicken and peanuts for 900 yen. This is because the stir-fried radish and beef belly that I had planned has been removed from the menu. Is it not popular or is the material no longer available? We arrived without having to wait, probably because there were no other customers. The red chicken, vegetables, and peanuts look delicious. It's a bit dry, not so much that you need water after every sip. However, as I continued to eat, I began to sweat. Does it also contain spices that cause sweating? After a while, a group of three men appeared. Judging from the intonation of his words, he doesn't seem to be Japanese. Strangely enough, as the end of the year approaches, this noisy and bustling feeling becomes comforting. He seems happy to be able to smoke. I left when it got busy. What should we do next?
