ノンアルでもちゃんと美味しいソフドリがあるの嬉しい◎
お通しに野菜の盛り合わせが提供されました。
サニーレタス、紅心大根、エリンギ、かぼちゃ、パプリカ、ニンニクの芽、ブロッコリーの盛り合わせ。
生野菜は自家製のにんじんドレッシングでいただきます。
このドレッシングが癖になる感じで美味しい！
焼き野菜はニンニク味噌がオススメだそうです。
なんと、お代わりOK
残ってしまった場合にはスムージーにもしてくれるんだとか。
国産牛ユッケ刺し
柔らかな肉質で、あっさりと赤身感強めのお肉でした。
卵黄との相性もぴったり。

厚切りのタンの中に味付けネギがぎっしり詰められていました。
片面４分づつやきあげていきます。
ネギにしっかりと味がついているのでそのままいただきます。
歯切りのいいタンで美味しかった。
タンの味とネギがマッチしていて美味しかったです。
