会社のそばに最近開店したお店で、昼のウォーキング中に発見し、目をつけていて本日同僚と偵察に行って来ました。
松坂といえば、松阪牛ですが、ココは鶏肉が主役で、鳥羽出身の店主こだわりの部位を七輪で焼いていただくスタイル。煙モクモクだけど、それがまたいい。今日は初見なので、おすすめ3種盛りからスタート。若鳥と親鳥、ハツを塩ダレ焼きでいただいたところ、なんとも言えない美味しさにビックリし、当たりのお店だと思いました。追加注文のモモ、ヤゲン軟骨、ぼんじり、つくね、味噌ダレのとりハラミ、どれもジューシーで美味しく、お酒との相性抜群でした。
最後は締めでとり雑炊をいただき、幸せな気持ちになりました。料金も非常にリーズナブルで、リピート確定です。
