東京代々木にあるトラットリア タンタボッカさんに行ってきた。イタリアン百名店です。
お昼時に伺ったのでパスタランチをオーダー
人気の黒毛和牛のミートソースをオーダー
温野菜のバーニャカウダとパンが付きまして2000円ぐらいです。バーニャカウダも茹で加減が素晴らしい、そして驚いたのがパンと一緒に提供されるホイップクリームチーズが美味くてお代りし放題なんです。真っ白くホイップされたチーズと言うより生クリーム2近く、仄かにスモークの香りがついています。これを焼きたてのパンにたっぷり乗せて食べるといくらでもいけちゃいます。
肝心のパスタが食べれなくなりそうなので2つで止めときました。
そしてミートソース、長時間煮込まれだであろう濃厚なソースにホロホロと崩れるサイコロステーキ大の柔らかい肉、ミートボールもたっぷりと入っていました。パスタは生でもちもち
最高に美味いです。僕はホイップクリームチーズを乗せて味変も楽しんでしまいました。
