実感したお店でした。
ネット予約できるいくつかの店を候補に挙げ、連れに選んでもらいこちらに決めました。
点数も高いしコンセプトもしっかりあり画像見る限りとても美味しそう、と期待膨らませていきました。
結論から言うと、お料理は美味しかったです。
特に前菜盛り合わせはお野菜もその他盛り付けられた全部が美味しかったです。
パスタもお肉も、期待は超えなかったけど
まぁ美味しかった。
残念なのが接客。。
飲み放題でしたが何の説明もなく着席するなり
「赤、白、ビールから選べますけど」と無愛想に聞かれ、ひとまずビールと白をオーダー。
ビールはイタリアビールのモレッティ。ワイングラスに注ぐ。白も赤もあんま好みではなかったけど、この価格で飲み放題だし納得はできる。
テーブルに袋に入ったグリッシーニが置かれていたのでおつまみ感覚でぽりぽり..こりゃ楽しだ
まずはフォカッチャと前菜盛り合わせ。
美味しそうー！見た目もお味もとっても満足でした！
説明が早口なので何が載ってるのかイマイチ聞き取れずでしたが汗
お次はパスタ。
こちらも説明が早くて分からず汗
ドリンク聞かれた時から感じていたが、何か妙に居心地の悪さを感じました。。
そしてお肉。この時の説明が一番ひどく1文字も聞い取る事ができないスピードで話され、聞き返す気も起きませんでした。
最後のデザートがこれまたとても美味しくて気持ち盛り返しましたが、
うーん。。
お値段の割に味は美味しいから、ほんと勿体無い。。
ただ他の方の口コミ見るレベルではなかったなぁと思い退店後見返すと、そうか。最近スタッフさんが変わったのかなぁ？
あくまで個人主観ですが、接客するのが嫌なのかな？早く帰ってほしいのかな？とも感じてしまう対応が気になりました、、
お隣テーブルでBD祝いのプレートが出てましたが、無言で置いていました。普通はおめでとうございます〜！の盛り上げる一言あっても良いのではないか？
プレートとかでのお祝いはいらないと連れから言われてたのでうちは頼んでなかったですが、正直頼まなくて良かった。
会計の時から接客が優しくなり始めたと感じたので、やっぱり早く帰ってほしかったのかなぁ。何とも後味の悪い、悲しい気持ちになったので普段書かない辛口コメント書かせて頂きました。
再訪はないですが、どうか楽しんで接客するお店に生まれ変わってほしい。
