高島屋新宿店12階にある椿屋茶房さん
出町ふたばさんの豆餅の整理券をもらうまで2時間近くあったので、椿屋茶房さんへ初入店
店内はほぼ満席でしたが、1席空いていたので、案内されました。
注文したのは春限定の
あまおう苺のズコットとドリンクセット
ドリンクは紅茶にして 1830円
ズコットケーキとは、イタリアのトスカーナ地方発祥のドーム状のケーキのことで、中に生クリームやムースを入れてあるのが特徴です。
大粒のあまおう苺を丸ごと使い、滑らかな生クリームとしっとり柔らかなスポンジでサンドしてあります。
あまおうの酸味と生クリームの甘さのハーモニーはバッチリです。
美味しくごちそうさまでした。
