今年は、本当に大変な年になりましたね。。。
お花見大好きなのですが、今年は全然いけず。。。
平日ランチのテラス席で桜を眺める、なら許されるかなと考え、訪問したのは代々木ヴィレッジ
この後小池都知事からお達し出るし、天気も悪くなるしで、色々な意味でギリギリ楽しめた感じでした。

テラス席確約ということでこちらを予約しましたが、当日飛び込みで普通のパスタランチをテラスで食べてる方もいらっしゃいました。

■堀井シェフが贈る春の味覚 前菜盛り合わせ
・フォアグラテリーヌ・鶏リエット・桜チャツネをはさんだ最中
・サーモンカルパッチョ 大葉のジェノベーゼソース→私はモルタデッラに変更
・旬の山菜のもろ味噌マリネ
春らしい一品でいいですね♪盛り付け美しいです。
■パスタ チョイス
・帆立と蕪のファルファッレ カラスミを散りばめて
または
・ホワイトアスパラ カチョエペペ「タリアテッレ」+￥600
これは600円足してでもタリアテッレにした方がいいです。お味が全然違います。
ホタテと蕪はちょっと優しすぎましたねー。からすみもパンチが弱くて。
ホワイトアスパラは春を感じられる一品で濃厚で美味しかったです

・鴨胸肉のロースト ふきのとうのグラチネ
または
・[数量限定]飛騨牛のハンバーグ 旬の野菜と水牛モッツァレラ添え ＋￥1,000
鴨をチョイス。
ふきのとうのグラチネが、独特の苦みがってとってもおいしいです！
鴨もジューシー。
■デザート
桜のシフォンとマスカルポーネムース～ティラミス仕立て～
一つは変えてもらってブランマンジェに。
何方もとってもおいしかったです。シフォンは桜の香りがふわっと香っておいしい～～
アイスも添えられています
ブランマンジェは舌触りなめらか！ベリーとよく合います。
紅茶を飲みながらゆったり。閉店までのんびりしました。
サービスはとてもしっかりしていて、パンがなくなると補充してくれますし、
寒そうにしているとヒーターもつけてくれました。
とっても雰囲気が良いので、女子会やデートにもってこいですね。
代々木ヴィレッジの一番奥に、こんな素敵なお店が隠れていたとは知らず。
