いい雰囲気♪代々木ビレッジ codekurkkuでランチ2020年09月19日
久しぶりに友達との会食会。スケジュールを繰ってみたら前回はなんと3月でした。う～んとお久しぶりです。
選んだ場所は代々木。普段あまり行かない場所ですよね～。代々木というと予備校がたくさんあるイメージですが今、変わりつつあるようです。
代々木駅西口から歩いて数分、公園の中にレストランがいくつもあるエリアがありましてその中の一つに行ってきました。代々木villageというところになっています。
codekurkku コード クルックでランチです。
大きな木の下、テラス席もあり、室内も吹き抜けで広々した空間を感じさせるお店です。テーブルセッティングもちょっとおしゃれ。
今回のメニューはこちら。
季節のアンティパスト本日の鮮魚のカルパッチョ キノコのマリネと青リンゴのサラダ仕立てシェフの気まぐれパスタ氷温熟成豚肩ロースのロースト 赤ワインと栗のソース本日のドルチェ
まずはスプマンテ！
アンティパストはかぼちゃの冷製スープ。直接口をつけてどうぞ、と小さな器に入っていました。
かぼちゃの濃い黄色、甘み、目でもお口でもおいしいスープです。
本日の鮮魚は真鯛でした。青リンゴは生ではなくグラッセしてありました。歯ごたえのある真鯛がおいしかった。
パスタはチキンとズッキーニのパスタ。にんにくは香りづけ程度とのことでおいしくいただきました。
ズッキーニも今、シーズンですよね～。メインディッシュの豚肩ロースのロースト、なんと写真を撮り忘れました！！！
ですので、お店のfacebookページから勝手にいただきました。すいません、お写真いただきました！
氷温熟成というのは氷温熟成とは０℃以下で細胞が凍らない温度域「氷温」で寝かせ熟成したものだそうです寒さに抵抗する力でお肉の鮮度と旨味が増すんだとか。
確かに、とってもおいしいお肉でした。
栗は、口の中でほろほろと崩れ行く感じで私の中の栗のイメージとはちょっと違ってジャガイモに近い感じがありました。
そして添えられたレンコン、これもおいしかった。
本日のドルチェはパンナコッタ。梨のソースとブルーベリーがの添えられていました。
一緒に出てきたパンもおいしくてついつい全部食べちゃった。。。
ちょっと遅い14時からのランチであ～お腹いっぱい、夕飯は軽くていいなと勝手に決めた私でした。
隣のエリアはバーになっている様子。ちら覗き～。
代々木ビレッジというところはもう一度行ってみたいところです。入り口にはパン屋さんもあり、2階にはなにやらお店もあって全体は「そら植物園」ということで植物がたくさんありました。
うん、これはぜひまた行こう！と一人誓うのでありました～。
とってもおいしいランチでした。ごちそうさまでした～。
