イタリアン『かもめのイタリアン』✨✨
散歩中に見つけたお店。高級なお店ではなく、気軽に行けるお店も開拓したいと、訪問してみます。
お店は2014年11オープン。JR代々木駅徒歩3分のビル地下1階にあります。店内は白を基調とし、明るく。雰囲気もなかなか良し。女性1人でも入りやすい。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ

⚫鹿とキノコのトマトソース
ランチなのにパスタメニューが豊富なのはポイント高し。大盛り無料も嬉しいなぁ。そして、パクリ…うん、ちゃんとしています。様々なキノコが入り、また鹿肉もいい味わい。合格点！
⚫かもめのサラダ
なかなか良い盛り具合、テンション上がります。グリーンレタス、トマト、ひよこ豆、さつまいも、キッシュ、レバーペースト、チキンと具だくさん。お店の看板メニューなだけはあります。
⚫パン
自家製フォカッチャ、バケット。ローズマリーを練り込んだオイリーなフォカッチャは冷たいが味がある。
⚫炭酸水
デフォルトが炭酸水は珍しい。ドリンクの売り込みもなく。

丁寧な接客、着実に地元ファンを作っています。入りやすい。

安い、安い。だって税込1,210円だよ。メニュー構成もセンスあるわ～。

お金を出せばいくらでも良いお店はありますが、この価格で、このクオリティは少なく。気軽に軸でとても良いお店だと思います✨✨

米倉義治 1968年10月、神奈川県生まれ。
飲食を仕事にしたいと志していたところ、L.A.のカリフォルニアキュイジーヌレストランに誘われ、学校卒業と同時に渡米し7年ほど修業の後、帰国。広尾の【イル・ブッテロ】でトスカーナ料理を7年ほど学んだ。その後六本木のワインバーなどを経て麻布十番【ピッコログランデ】に勤務。2014年、【かもめのイタリアン】オープンと同時に料理長に就任。トスカーナ料理を愛し、今も精進を重ねている。
