パンが美味しいレストラン
本店は軽井沢のSAWAMURAさん。テイクアウトでよくパンを買いに行きますが、新宿界隈ではTop3に入る大好きなベーカリーです。
ランチではパンをバスケットで提供してくれお代わりもできるのでパンをたくさん食べたい人にはお勧めです。
この日オーダーしたサラダニソワーズはさっぱり食べやすくボリュームもあり。美味しいです。
ただし、ランチは予約ができないのでとにかく並びます。

沢村さんのパンはいつ何を食べても美味しいなぁと思います。今回はロデヴ、コンプレ、チャバタをお買い物。基本的にはシンプルなパンが好きですが中でもこちらのロデヴは高加水のとにかくもちもちっとした食感が最高です。
