〇ツルツルっとしたこんにゃく入り蕎麦など変わり種もいただける蕎麦屋さん。
〇全体的に普通に美味しいレベルだけど、価格設定はちょっと高め。
山形で蕎麦と聞くと、どす黒くて、讃岐うどん以上にコシのある、肉そばの蕎麦を
思い浮かべます。
六本木の外れによく通った肉そば屋さんがあったんですが、今は東京から撤退してしまい、
山形でないと食べれなくなってしまいました。。。悲しいです。
そんなわけで山形そばが食べられるお店と聞いて喜び勇んで訪問しました。
オシャレなお店で、雰囲気もいいです。カップルも多かったです。
メニューをみると、どうやら肉そばの類はないみたい。
その代わり、いくつか麺のバリエーションがあり、こんにゃくをつなぎに使った麺など
変わり種があるみたい。
僕はこんにゃく蕎麦を、すだち蕎麦で注文しました（１，４１９円）。
すだち蕎麦は、大量の輪切りすだちがこれでもかと乗せられていて壮観！
インスタ映えしそうです。
ただ、インスタ映えする料理は疑ってかかるのが僕の悪い癖ｗ
いただいてみると、ツルツルっとした食感がいいですね！
コシもちょっとあるかな。でも、正直普通のそばとあんまり変わりばえするわけではなく、
味は普通においしいレベル。
すだちの爽やかな酸味も、ツルツルした食感とよく合ってはいますが、想像の範囲内でした。
山形名物げそ天もいただいてみました。
こちらも普通に美味しいんですが、もうちょい下味をつけたほうが、
美味しさが際立つように思いました。
こんな感じで味は普通に美味しいレベルでしたが、オシャレなお店だけあって、
価格設定はちょっと高めに感じました。
あ、そば茶は、そばの香りが強烈ですごく美味しかったです！ｗ
