同僚と代々木にある「山形蕎麦茶寮 月の山」に行って見ました。
月の山は、山形の蕎麦や山形料理を提供しているお店。
代々木駅から代ゼミの方向へ3分程度。11時40分頃に着いたら先着4組程度。すんなり入れました。
店内は綺麗。カウンター2席。席はテーブルで5組程度。
ランチには白いご飯か梅とのりの炊き込みご飯がついてきます。
板蕎麦（ざるそば) 968円
トッピング 山形だし 220円
同僚は、すだち蕎麦を頼んでました。
全部のメニューが、基本の「板蕎麦」・カロリーが低い「こんにゃく蕎麦」・うどんのような作り方をして作る「表切り」・少量生産でプレミアムな「天童辻麦蕎」から蕎麦の種類を選べるみたいです。
板蕎麦は腰があってしっかり。食べごたえがあって結構好きな蕎麦のタイプ。美味しい！
量はそこまで多く無く丁度良い量です。ご飯も食べるとお腹一杯になる感じです。
山形だしもさっぱりして美味しい。同僚はごばんにかけて食べてました。
十種の野菜天ぷら盛り合わせで 990円
海老二つをメインに10種類入ってます。天ぷらも揚げたてサクサクで美味い！その場で揚げている音が聞こえます。
料理もこだわりを感じるし、店内も静かで居心地良いし満足度高かったです！
今回は板蕎麦にしましたが、こんにゃく蕎麦もカロリー低くて美味しいってレビューもあるので食べてみたい。
ランチ・ディナー以外にも14時からかき氷の提供や山形名産のつや姫を使ったお弁当の販売しているみたいです。
他の種類の蕎麦も食べてみたいし、夜お酒飲みながらでも良さそうなのでまた来ようと思います。
