山形県には何度も行ったことがあるがこちらのメニューには食べたことがない料理が並んでいるのでワクワクしながら訪問
平日だが昼時ということもあり6人待ち
名前を書いて待機していると10分程度で入店
まずビールと玉こんは鉄板
蕎麦は以外にも四種類もある 今回は初訪問なので板蕎麦で決定 さてもう一品いきたいな揚げ物系の気分ではない
ペラペラメニューをめくっていると山形だし冷奴という聞いたことがない料理が
ということでもう一品はこちらに決定
店員さんの対応はハートフルでお蕎麦は後にしますかの確認 お言葉に甘え後でお願いします
ビール 山形だし冷奴 玉こんの順番で到着
すべて到着した時点でお蕎麦をお願い
山形だし冷奴にだし汁らしきものがかかっていないので食べ方を聞いてみるとそのままどうぞということでスプーンでいただく 確かに醤油いらない なんでしょう旨い
ちょっと説明できないが 来店されたら是非食べてほしい
玉こんは鉄板だが辛子をもっとたっぷり付けてほしい
蕎麦は太麺なのでワシワシといただく
噛み締めていると蕎麦の味わいが広がる
いわゆる田舎そばの味わいだが蕎麦の味わいの濃さがすごい
今回は昼飯だったので料理を2品しか頼まなかったが
次回は夜何人かでお邪魔して山形料理を満喫したい
