The store is small, but clean. Probably because it was after 5pm on Sunday, there were no customers yet. Apparently it's basically a reservation course, but since there were no other customers, I was allowed in as I was just having a drink. After receiving an explanation of the craft beers on offer, I ordered a sour ale and left the small plates to me. Sour ale is red in color and looks like a cocktail. Apparently one of the ingredients is shikwasa and hibiscus coloring, which gives it a distinct sour taste and a light taste, so it's hard to believe it's an ale, but I think it's suitable as an aperitif. The small plate is stewed Matsuzaka beef, which is not greasy and has a refreshing taste, and the texture of the smooth fatty and lean meat is enjoyable. Next, I ordered an ALL IN IPA and was served seven small plates called Hassun. This ALL IN IPA also has a fullness and sharpness that is not typical of an IPA, and is quite wonderful. Each hassun is just two bites, but it's delicate and well-crafted, making you want to eat the whole course. As a B-class gourmet, I feel that the cost-performance ratio is low because the quantity is rather expensive and the menu is narrow due to its commitment, but I still think the quality is high and wonderful.
