代々木駅から、路地を少し歩いたところに見つけた天ぷら居酒屋のランチ。
路面店で、外からもお洒落な風貌。
調べたら、大塚と高田馬場にも展開してるみたい。
大塚が本店のよう。
外にもメニューが出ているけど
ランチメニューはなんと、一品のみ！！
超強気のランチ営業だなあと思いつつ入ると
13時頃でも、まだまだ近くのサラリーマンで賑わってました。
☑︎とり天定食 ¥700
メニューはこれのみなので、テーブルにメニュー表とかもなく、
席に着くと、おしぼりお茶お箸の提供と共に
+¥50でとり天1つ追加するかどうか伺ってくれます。
せっかくなので、１つ追加。
揚げたてのとり天に半熟卵とししとうの天ぷら。
薬味はお塩、大根おろし、わさび。
付け合わせには大根サラダ的なもの。青じそのドレッシングが付いてました。
衣はさっくさくで、鶏肉はもっちもち！！
超柔らかくて、一瞬鶏肉かどうか疑うレベル。
メニューこれだけという強気な営業、一口食べて納得しました。
ご飯とお出汁はおかわりできるとのことで
深みのあるお出汁をおかわり。
わさびとお塩も美味しかったけど
私的お気に入りは、圧倒的大根おろし！
さっぱり食べれるのがいい。
ランチでこのクオリティなら、ディナー帯も気になってしまう。
焼酎も店内にずらりと並んでいたので
お酒にもこだわりがあるのだと感じました。
もうここは絶対、リピ確です！
