ほぼ新宿横丁にあるホースミートさん。
馬肉問屋直送で、新鮮で美味しい馬肉料理が楽しめるということで行ってみました。
高いイメージがある馬肉ですが、比較的お手頃価格でいただけます。お酒の種類も豊富で、見た目が映えるドリンクもあるのでインスタ映えにももってこい。
1件目でもよし、2件目にもちょうど良い感じのお店です。

■枝豆のわら焼き
実はわら焼き初体験。
まじで手が止まらない味。
大袈裟でなく一生食べ続けられる。
これにはビールが欲しくなってビールをオーダー。
■名物桜ユッケ
ポン酢を大根おろしにかけて、ネギと生姜をお肉で巻いて食べる。
まじでウマい！！柔らかいんだけど、しっかりした歯応えで、噛むたびに旨味が出てくる。
新鮮な馬刺が食べられるの最高。
■特大サクラユッケ
味がついているので、玉ねぎと卵黄を絡めてパクリ。ウマすぎる。
ちょっと甘めのタレがさらに食欲をそそる味わい。
■ネバトロゆっけ
とろろとオクラ、卵黄にわさび醤油で味付け。ネバネバとろろと馬肉が絡んでさっぱり美味しい。
ユッケって無限に食べられる！！！
■馬肉から揚げ
わたしの最大推しはこれ。
言葉はいらない、まじでウマい
■お好み焼きフライドポテト
紅生姜と、クタクタのキャベツがほんとお好み焼き♥︎大好きな細めのポテトにお好みソースがかかって良きおつまみ。
■きゅうりの一本漬け
ウマすぎて一瞬で食べ終わった。
でも安いからおかわりできるレベル
カラシもしっかり辛い。
■馬肉麻辣水餃子
〆に最高。
水餃子も中に馬肉がぎっしりで、最後まで馬肉を堪能しました
