味噌ラーメン巡回も継続中なので、今晩はこちらにお邪魔しました。当初は辛味噌ラーメンの予定だったのですが、券売機前で久々に辛い物好きのスイッチが入って、味玉番長ラーメンに変更です。お店の人から、辛いけど大丈夫ですか？とのお言葉がありましたが、そんな事ぐらいで引き下がれません。笑
炒めたもやしと大きなチャーシューが丼を覆って到着します。もやし美味いです。チューシュー大変柔らかいですね。次に麺に取り掛かりますが、これくらいの辛さなら大丈夫です。中◯の北◯ラーメンの方が、よっぽど辛いです。
麺を食べている間は、正直、味噌の旨みをあまり感じませんでした。麺がなくなってから、スープを底の方としっかり混ぜると、味噌の旨味と辛さが絡んで良い感じになりました。麺を食べる時にもっと混ぜれば良かったです。
結論としては、ベースの味噌ラーメンか、辛味噌ラーメンを食べてから、番長を食べた方が良かった気がします。何にせよ、美味しく頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございます♪
