野方「花道庵」2号店 |
今のところに越してきて15年になります。普段使いしない方の駅（要は野方なんですけど）の周りを散歩してて行列が気になったラーメン店が花道さん。当時まだ小さかった息子と一緒に並んで食べた味噌ラーメンのインパクトはいまだに忘れられません。
その後、みるみる人気店になってもはや簡単に入れる店でなくなって残念と思ってたら、結構色んなところに支店を出し始めました（更に言うと店名も花道からいつの間にか花道庵になってた笑）。
八重洲地下街のラーメンストリートにも出店されているようですが、こちら北参道店は穴場と聞いて寄る機会を得ました。
花道の味噌ラーメンは、味噌タンメンという表現が近いでしょうか。スープは煮詰めるでなく、出汁と合わせてあっさり仕上げ。比類なき味噌スープに中太麺と象徴的な厚切り焼豚がマッチして、味噌ラーの一つの完成型を見る思いです。店主さんの創業当時の想いが今の根付く野方発の名店だと思います。野菜大盛りが頼めなくなったのが、玉に瑕（笑。
