野方「花道庵」2号店 |
味噌ラーメンの名店花道の系列店が北参道にオープンしていた。なかなか行かない街の路地裏。ひっそりとした住宅街にポツリと店はある。土曜昼だったが空いていて先客は2人だけ。空いているのは嬉しい。本店の花道は行列がすごかった記憶がある。
メニューを見ると驚く。基本のラーメン以外にもつけ麺や限定メニューが多数。限定ラーメンは醤油とトマトチーズがあったがトマトチーズを選択。いわゆる太陽のトマト麺のような味なのだが、ベーススープがしっかりと濃厚。やはり濃厚は正義。しかもバランスがいい。太めの麺はスープに負けていない。チャーシューはとろとろ。チーズも過剰すぎない。やはり名店だ。花道の進化系と言えるだろう。
