Monjaya is located in Hobonichi Shinjuku Norengai, right next to Yoyogi Station. It's on the second floor, so when you go up the stairs, you'll be greeted by a young staff member in a bright atmosphere. [b:■Sapporo Black Label Draft (500 yen)] First, I ordered a beer. More reasonable than I expected. Now, let's order some monja as a snack. [b: ■○○ Type Mashimashi Monja (1,382 yen) ■Carbonara Monja (1,391 yen)] So I ordered these two. Monja has many menu items with unusual names. Of course, when I say ○○-type mashimashi monja, I mean Ramen Jiro. The char siu, fat, and chewy vegetables are reminiscent of Jiro. The flavor is quite strong and the sake goes well. It's a good snack. Carbonara Monja has a creamy taste and is quite innovative. A more refined taste than regular Monja. The prices are average, the taste is average, and it's not really a great value, but they have a la carte dishes other than monja, and I think it's a good place to casually drink in a cheerful atmosphere.
