この日の寄り道、新宿。目指すお店は地図でみた限り、新宿と代々木の間くらいにあったので、新宿方面から行ってみることに。最寄り駅出口からだと、10分ほどでしょうか。大通りに面しているので、お店そのものはわかりやすい場所にあります。
店名がユニーク、どうユニークなのかはウェブなどで確認してね笑。食券スタイルのお店なので、入店前に入口で食券を購入します。suicaなどでもお支払可能です。
食券を持って入店、お店の方に食券をお渡しして着席。カウンターとテーブル席があります。入口すぐのところに、お水、おしぼり、紙エプロンの用意があるので、必要な方はセルフでとりますよ。
ほどなくして、生ビールとマーラースパイシーライスヌードルダージーパイのせが出されました。 まず生ビールから。仕事帰りのビールは美味しい。瓶ビールがSAPPOROのようなので、生ビールもSAPPOROだと思います。一日の疲れがぶっ飛びますね。
さてラーメン、見た目のインパクトがスゴいです。どんぶり代わりの巨大マグカップの上に、ダージーパイがのっています。 ダージーパイって、台湾グルメで、鶏むね肉を薄くのばして丸揚げしたものだそうです。唐揚げと同じようなものですね。 アツアツのダージーパイは、カラッと揚がって美味しい。ビールがすすむ美味しさです。そのままいただいても、ラーメンのスープにディップしても良いそうです。
さてメインのラーメン、麺はライスヌードルなので、米粉からできているのですかね。もちっとした食感で、喉ごしの良い麺となっています。カロリーも控えめなんでしょうか。スープはスパイシーとなっている通り、辛めの味付けとなっています。かなり辛いものが平気なワタシでも、なかなかに辛さを感じました。辛みの中に旨味がある、これが美味しいってことなんですよね。うずらの卵も入っていました。
やみつきになりそうな辛さで、美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。
