本格中国延辺料理の羊カルビ串
大久保駅北口から徒歩3分ほどです。
久しぶりに〈羊カルビ〉の串焼きが食べたくなったので言ってみました。
土曜日の12:30頃に入店
お店は2階にあり、テーブル席で30人ほど入れます。
混み合うと地下の席に案内される時もあります。
〈羊カルビ〉はいつものお目当てです。
時たま、無性に食べたくなります。
自分の席で炭火で焼いて食べます。
焼けるまでは時間がかかり、手間もかかりますが、
お好みで机にある香辛料で味を調整しながら、
じっくり焼けるのを待つのも楽しいもんです♪
個人的には、よく焼きで脂がカリッとジューシーになるくらいがいいですね♪ここで、生ニンニクをかじると旨味が引き立ち美味しいです♪
ビールとの相性抜群です！
〈スペアリブとインゲン、ジャガイモ煮込み〉
よく頼みます。柔らかいスペアリブはお酒との
相性抜群です！よく煮込まれたジャガイモや、
大きめのインゲンはホックホクです。
春雨も入っており結構なボリュームです。
お会計はQR決済可能です。
全体的にボリュームは多めなので複数人で来たほうがいいです。中国の北側の料理なので、辛い料理もありますし、ニンニク多目の物や、独特の香辛料を使ってるものもあります。勝手に本格的だと思ってます。
それでも、日本人に合わせてる部分もあるので、
大久保近辺で中華料理食べるならここがお勧めです。
また行きます。ごちそうさまでした♪

前回の口コミが薄っぺら過ぎてビックリです（笑）

また、このほどよい辛味が食欲を引き立て、
お酒とも相性抜群です！
〈アサリのピリ辛香味炒め〉はそのまんま（笑）
ただ、このピリ辛加減がアサリの旨味を引き立て、
止まらなくなる美味しさです♪

It is about a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Okubo Station. It's been a while since I've wanted to eat skewered lamb Grilled skewer, so I decided to try it. I entered the store around 18:45 on Saturday.This time, as usual (?) I ordered various things. <Sheep ribs> is always my go-to! It makes me want to eat it. Grill it over charcoal and eat it at your seat. It takes time and effort to cook, but it's fun to wait for it to cook slowly while adjusting the taste with the spices you have at your desk.Personally, I like it when it's well-cooked so that the fat becomes crispy and juicy. It's good to see it ♪ Now, when you bite into the raw garlic, the umami is brought out and it's delicious ♪ It goes great with beer! <Stewed spareribs, green beans, and potatoes> I often order this. Tender spare ribs go great with alcohol! Well-cooked potatoes and large green beans are chunky. It also contains vermicelli and is quite filling. <Delicious and spicy stir-fried clams> Is this what you want with clams? There's so much in there. It's spicy but packed with the flavor of the clams, and the sauce is delicious. Payment can be made by QR. Overall, the portions are large, so it's best to come with more than one person. Since this is a cuisine from the northern part of China, some dishes are spicy, some contain a lot of garlic, and some use unique spices. I think it's authentic. Still, there are some parts that are tailored to Japanese people, so I think it's easy to eat. I will go again. Thank you for the meal♪
