A relaxing lunch with pickled fish, water spinach, and three kinds of lamb skewers. I was thinking of having lunch while grilling skewers at a leisurely pace, but ended up eating and drinking a lot of pickled fish. You can order a minimum of 6 skewers. It's also fun to have charcoal put in the grill on the table and grill it to your liking. When the grilling table was empty, I tried putting the hot pot of sour fish on it that had cooled down. (Personally, I thought this was a good idea, but I apologize if it was bad manners.) Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
