新大久保にて食べ歩きを。今回は”モイセ”に行って参りました。
モイセとは”集まれ！”という意味らしく、テイクアウト窓口にはお客さんも結構集まっておりました。
頂いたモッツァレラチーズハットグは、チーズの旨味にジャガイモのでんぷんの甘味、サクサクとチーズの食感が絶妙に絡み合い、美味しかったです。
