2016年10月のとある休日の12時前に訪ねた。
店内には先客5名ほど。
テーブル席に座り「ヒレかつランチ」¥930を注文。
10分ほど待って提供される。
オーソドックスなヒレかつ定食。クセのない豚肉を使ったヒレかつ。衣が豚肉の味を邪魔しない感じで良い塩梅。
キャベツのお替り無料なので、食物繊維を取りつつ完食する。

2013年1月のとある休日のランチに訪ねた。
大久保駅近くの「にいむら」。ちょっと遅い昼時にもかかわらず店内は結構客が入っていた。
テーブル席に座り「かつ丼」¥680を注文。
5分ほど待って提供される。
パン粉の香りが漂うかつ丼。
\680でこの味ならまあ合格かな、という味。
にいむらには驚きは感じないが、安定感があるという評価が良いのかもしれない。
それにしても大久保店の接客レベルは他店に比べて劣るのが気になるかな。
安価なとんかつ食べて、接客レベルが高ければ文句無いのだけど・・・。
