夜ごはん
■タッカンマリまいうKOREAオリジナルバージョン（中） ¥3680

タッカンマリといえば、丸ごと入った鶏に、
ジャガイモやネギといった野菜が定石だが、
当店のそれはひと味違う。
数ある新大久保の韓国料理店でも
当店のそれなら、普段とは違った
タッカンマリを堪能することができるだろう。
土曜の18時過ぎに訪問。
新大久保界隈は、相変わらず若者でごった返し、
こちらのお店も若者客で賑わっていた。
想像通り、特に若い女性が多い笑。
店内では、K-POPアーティストのMVと曲が流れ続けている。
土日は予約ができないため、突撃訪問スタイル。
運良く席が空いており、すぐに通していただける。
メニューは韓国料理定番のものがひと通り。
その中でもやはりひときわ異彩を放つのが、
まいうKOREAオリジナルバージョンのタッカンマリだ。
2〜3人前用の中サイズを、
「チャプチェ」とともにお願いした。
そもそも当店のタッカンマリを知ったきっかけは、
俳優の武田真治氏がテレビで当店の
タッカンマリを紹介していたのがきっかけ。
その姿がすごい旨そうだったというわけだ。
酢の物やマカロニなど、
3種類のお通しプレートが運ばれたあと、
すぐに鶏が丸ごと入ったタッカンマリが運ばれる。
スタッフがハサミでチョキチョキ調理。
ここまでは通常のタッカンマリと同じだろう。
違いはここからだ。
どっさりと盛られた野菜。
これらの野菜が、
味付けされた野菜と浅漬キムチなのだ。
これらを5分煮て完成。
写真を見て分かる通り、
通常のタッカンマリより赤みをおびている。
お出汁は、見た目よりに反して、
辛さは控えめであっさりしている。
辛いのが苦手な方でも十分食べられる辛さだ。
鶏の旨味より辛味が際立ち、
タッカンマリというよりキムチ鍋に近い笑。
とはいえ、具材をタッカンマリおなじみのタレにつければ、
タッカンマリ感が蘇る笑。
これはこれで旨い。
そして煮れば煮るほど、野菜の旨味、鶏の旨味が出て、
美味しさはアップする。
ひと味違ったタッカンマリを
食べてみたいときにいいかもしれない。
通常のタッカンマリもあるので、
やっぱり普通のタッカンマリを食べたい！と
思っても軌道修正ができるのでご安心を笑。
こんなタッカンマリを知っているだけで、
韓国料理通に思われるかもしれない。
