新大久保駅から大久保通りを東に歩いて5分ほど、パチンコグランパの手前の小道を入ってすぐのところにある韓国料理店まいうKOREA。平日の夜19:30過ぎに初訪問。
お店の看板が煌々と光っていて、タッカンマリの文字も。入口の一段目の扉を入るとテーブル席が幾つか。さらに奥の扉を入ると広い店内がある。明るくてややギラギラッとした雰囲気。
タッカンマリやカンジャンケジャンなども気になるが、サムギョプサルな気分だったので、チーズサンギョプサルセットにする。
・チーズサンギョプサルセット
ディナータイムは1人1,958円
ランチタイムだと1,738円と少しお安い。極厚サンギョプサルと焼きチーズ、おかずやサラダの基本セット、さらに一品料理を1人一品選ぶ。チーズキンパとヤンニョムチキンにした。
さっそく基本セットがやってきて、炭が入れられてお肉もやって来て焼き始める。並行してカセットコンロとフライパンの上にマシュマロのようなチーズも焼き始める。
お肉は厚切りで良い具合に油も落ちてカットされ焼き上がり。さっそく食べていく。お肉にワサビとチーズを乗せてお箸で潰すと、いい具合に延びてお肉に巻く感じになり、マイルドで美味しい。
タレのほかに、ハチミツもついてくる。クアトロフォルマッジみたいな感覚かな。ヤンニョムチキンは甘めのタレでカリカリな食感。チーズキンパはチーズの盧びは少なかったけれど、たっぷり入っていた。
それぞれ追加料金でおかわりも出来るが、最初のセットで程よいボリュームで色々食べられたし満足。ドリンクはだいたい500円くらいから。チャミスルは970円から。
雰囲気もいい感じだったし、ゆったり食べることができたので、今度はタッカンマリを食べに来ようかな。お会計にはPayPayなどコード決済やクレジットカードが使える。
