世界三大料理のトルコ料理を食べてみようとこちらのお店に来ました。
一番お手頃価格なドネルピラフのランチを注文しました。街中でよく見かけるドネルケバブを乗せたピラフのようです。サラダはレタスとピーマンと水菜とトマトでサッパリとしたドレッシングです。トルコスープはトマトペーストのような感じでナンのようなパンをつけても美味しいです。陽気なトルコ人の店員さんが、このパンを広げて中にドネルピラフを入れて食べるのがトルコ流とのことです。
最後にトルコ茶が出てきました。味わいは紅茶なのですが、ガラスの取手の無いティーカップで飲むのでトルコらしさがあります。
