I used it twice during lunch time. As soon as you exit Okubo Station and turn left, you will see a building containing Torikizoku, which is dotted underground. The daily menu is posted on the street, and I'm always surprised at how cheap it is! Lol The first time I came with my mom, I wanted to eat something I wanted to eat, so I got bibimbap and sundubu. Both were so delicious that on my second visit alone, I ordered the daily special Yukgaejang. However, I personally didn't like this yukkejang... Considering the price, I can fully understand that most of the ingredients are bean sprouts, but the taste itself was bland and lacked spiciness, giving it a somewhat bland impression. It was too bland and didn't go well with rice, so I had it with kimchi. The rice was cooked hard, probably to go with the soup, so it gave the impression of being a little crumbly. It might be delicious if you eat it with soup! The other side dishes didn't really suit my taste, which doesn't like vegetables, so I ordered only the kimchi. I'm really happy that I can get a second helping of kimchi♪ I was grateful that water was placed on each table so I could enjoy it cold. When I pass in front of the store, I usually see this menu posted, which changes daily, so I wonder if yukkejang is often changed daily these days? I feel like there used to be a lot of kimchi jjigae. Either way, you can get lunch for about 500 yen, and there are plenty of side dishes to choose from, so you can get refills, so it's still a very cost-effective lunch.I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat lunch at a great value. ! I only eat lunch once in a while, so I think I'd like to repeat Sundubu next time I go. At Tondokosan, each table is large and you can enjoy your lunch in peace and quiet, so it is recommended for both those who want to talk and those who want to relax by themselves.
