中国東北料理 延吉香
新宿区新大久保にある中国東北地方の料理屋さんに行きました。
簡単にいうと串焼きというイメージです。
最初に通しに４皿、ピーナツ、もやし、ザーサイ、大根
オーダーは日本的定番、水餃子、ちじみなど
それから串焼きを注文。特殊な調味料につけて食べます。
独特というかヤミツキになる味です。臭みはありません。
干し鱈辛甘酢和え 1,092円（おすすめ）
自家製水餃子 924円
ラム肉串 150円
激辛ラム肉200円
牛肉串 200円（私のおすすめ）
板筋 200円
手羽先 300円（おすすめ）
焼饅頭 150円（おすすめ）
海鮮ちじみ1050円（おすすめ）
羊肉は私的にあまり好きではないので・・・。でも臭みはナイですよ！
たくさん注文したので結構金額は行きました。
ごちそうさまでした。
お店はお正月のせいかたくさんのお客様でにぎわってました。

思いこちらのお店に入店
ここには羊の串焼きを食べることができる

ラム肉の串焼きで独特で
スパイシーな香辛料で味付けしてある
臭みがなくで美味しい！
これが癖になる クミンなどの味
ここのお店は焼いた状態でテーブルまで
持ってきてくれるが、
目の前で
ここにはなかったが
自動串焼き器で
焼いて食べるお店もある
