池袋の麻辣湯ほとんど制覇してしまったので、最近は上野、新宿あたりを探索してます。
御徒町、新大久保は池袋北口に負けないくらい濃くて面白いお店ばかり。
こちらのお店は御徒町にもある人気店。
御徒町駅裏にあるので気になっていました。
メニューには延辺料理、四川料理、東北料理と書いてあります。
とりあえず辛そう。
串も羊も気になりますが、最近疲れ気味の身体に栄養を…と麻辣湯にしました。
700円以上になるように具材を選びます。
1つ1つが量多め。
きれいにラップやパックの中に入っていて清潔感満点。
串に刺さった油条、たけのこ、れんこん、カリフラワーと青菜がそれぞれ100円。
豆腐皮はたくさん入って200円。
メイン具材はどれも200円みたい。
他にも丸い春雨、平たい春雨、中華麺、豆もやしとかがありました。
どのお客さんも麻辣湯プラス串やおかずを食べてる。
羊の串頼めばよかったかなー。
超絶に美味しそうなのですが量が多め。
5本で700円は安いけど1人だとつらい。
麻辣湯は大きなどんぶりに入ってました。
スープ量は少なめかな。
コクと辛味が美味しい。
少し山椒のびりびりも感じます。
卓上の自家製辣油を入れるとさらにコク辛み増し。
スープは辛め。
飲めるけれど優しくはない辛さ。
ちょうどいい。
赤く染まったれんこん、カリフラワーが美味しかった。
青菜は春菊みたいな味なのに見た目が違って何を食べたか未だに分からず。
何食べてんだろーも麻辣湯の楽しみ方の1つです。
メニューはいっぱいあったので気になったページのみ写真撮ってみました
