新大久保駅から東新宿方面に3分ほど歩いた大久保通り沿いの韓国エリアにある中華料理店の延吉香(エンジシャン)
平日のお昼どきに初めて入ってみる。地下に続く階段を降り、店内に入ると店の中はキレイで広さもそこそこある。
ランチメニューは曜日によって月火と水木金で2パターンに分かれている。定食は全品税込800円と分かりやすい値段設定。辛いメニューには唐辛子マークがある。今回は辛くない茄子と挽肉炒めにする。
・茄子と挽肉炒め 800円
待つこと10分ほどで提供あり。ごはんに玉子スープ、辛ーい切干し大根のようなお新香が付く。大きめカットの茄子、挽肉も粗挽き目でたっぷり、ニンニクの効いた濃いめの味付けで、ごはんがとにかく進む。
ごはんはおかわり自由。少しトロミもあるので、中盤以降少し重たくなったものの完食。お腹いっぱいになった。お支払いはPayPayマークがあるのだが、定食は現金のみ。中華系のお店あるある。
