``KB KITCHEN'' is an ultra-authentic Nepalese Cuisine restaurant with the authentic taste of French cuisine-born owner, the taste that can only be achieved by a private restaurant, and the best value |
There is a Nepalese Restaurants in front of the station, but I haven't used it in a while. It's been a while since I last used it, so I've already forgotten the taste. I wanted to try using it for the first time in a while. It's just a stone's throw from the station, across Okubo Street. As soon as I went down the stairs that led to the basement, I was immediately at the entrance to the store. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a male staff member with a warm smile. There was only one female customer in the restaurant, already enjoying her meal. I was asked to sit at an open table, and immediately looked at the menu. I decided on Set A from the menu that seemed reasonable. I had a choice of curry, so I chose mutton. You can choose a drink, so let's go for iced coffee. I also checked to see if I could make a large serving of rice. Until the food was served, a small number of customers started coming in. Although it's underground and unnoticeable, considering its location in front of the station, it doesn't attract a lot of customers. In less than 10 minutes, the food was served on one plate to the table. I had a large serving of rice, but it was even better than I expected. The plate consisted of salad, achar (pickles), mutton curry, and a large serving of rice. First, take a bite of the curry... There's chunky mutton inside, and the curry is plentiful, making it a satisfying meal. Mutton has no bones and the meat is soft. The curry was spicy and dry, and I enjoyed its thick consistency. The aroma of spices wafts through the spiciness. It's definitely a flavor that goes well with rice. It's fun to take a detour to take a break from eating chopsticks, or to eat salad or achar on the way. Although the rice is large, it is quite filling. Still, there was plenty of curry, and the rice went smoothly. To finish off the trip, I received an iced coffee, reset my palate, and finished. The contents inside the tray are extremely simple. Since you can choose naan or rice and there is no dal soup, it seems like it could be called an Indian meal. Looking at other dishes, Nepali Dal Bhat was also available. It would be a good idea to call Innepa Restaurants a local Restaurants. Let's save the Nepalese set meal, Dal Bhat, for the next assignment.
