総武線「大久保駅」北口を出て道を渡ったところにあるネパール料理のお店。
ピラティススタジオへ行った後、新しくできたイタリアンのお店マニカレットに行ったら21：30オーダーストップと東京らしからぬ速さで終ってしまっていた。っで、この店に来店。
近隣にディナータイムも安価なインドカレーのお店が増える中、ディナーはちょっと高めのお店だが味は上、・・・と思う。
螺旋階段をＢ１に降りるとさわやかなスタッフが出迎えてくれる。
意外にもサグチキン（チキンのほうれん草カレー）がメニューに無かったため通常のチキンカレーを単品オーダー（ディナータイムだから）
別にノーマルなナンとモモをオーダー。
○モモ \630
ネパールの小龍包モモちゃん。
インド料理店にはまず置いていない。多分”蒸す”器具の設置、手間が余分にかかるからだと思う。
サンサール系の店以外ではじめて見つけた。大久保の店で働いてたんだ(笑)。でも、カレーとナンだけじゃ物足りない晩御飯。・・いや、ディナーだから欲しい一品。甜麺醤系のつけだれをつけます。ソースとしてかかっちゃっているお店もある。付けなくてもちゃんと味付けしてあったので、有と無し、両方の味を楽しめた。中華の小龍包みたいにスープは入っていません。蒸餃子に近い感じ。
○チキンカレー ￥840
味に深みがあって美味しかった。
具の鶏肉も十分入っていて満足。また、”鶏肉の旨味がカレーに出ちゃって具は味の抜け殻” なんて事もなく、具の鶏肉をかむと肉の旨味が口の中に広がります。・・・かといって、肉が硬いわけでもなく、焦げる程焼いたりしまってるわけでもなく、しっかり処理されて食感もＧＯＯＤ。
○ナン ￥315
持ってきてもらったとき、「焼きたてパンのいい香り」がした。食欲 １２０％にしてくれるナン、なのかもしれない。量も「大きい」部類にはいる。写真の￥500硬貨が小さく見えるでしょ？(笑)。
外側のバターのツヤ、内側のもちもち感ともに満足！
お店の照明も暗めでカップルで来てもいい感じ。
ちょっとテーブル、イスの間隔が狭いのが難。
お店の名前、ＫＢキッチンのＫＢは予想通り店主のイニシャル。
マネージャーの Ｋｒｉｓｈｎａ Ｂａｄａｍ さんは以前、フランス料理店にいてソムリエの資格も持っているとのこと。
そこら辺のところ、ワイン飲みながらイジッテあげてください(笑)。
