大久保駅北口改札の真正面にあるネパール料理店。
「KBKITCHEN」
昼はリーズナブルなカレーランチ、
夜は多様なネパール料理を提供するお店です。
ということで、もちろん訪問は夜ですよ。
ネパールムード満点の店内。
半端にインドに擦りよっていない雰囲気には好感がもてますね。
サービスでラッシーをいただきました。

というセット。
ダルバートとしてはかなりシンプルな
構成ですね。
オプションでライスをナンにもできるようですが、それは玉子かけご飯のご飯をパンに変更するようなもの。
ダルバートでなくなってしまいますよ。
ダルスープはかなり味付け薄め。
豆の味がそのまま味わえる、とも言えます。
カレーはベジを選択。
こちらも非常に優しい味で、なんだか煮崩れた後の肉じゃがのようでした。
油控えめ、スパイスも最小限、ということでしょうか。
胃に優しく、ウルトラヘルシー。
ある意味非常に和食なダルバートでした。
しかし特筆すべきはライスの量。
人によっては泣いちゃうかもしれませんね。
