遅めの夜ご飯で最近よく行く大久保エリア。
そんなときの為に大量にBMしているお店の中の一つである『KB KITCHEN』さん。
大久保駅北口を出て高架下を過ぎてすぐのところにお店があります。
地下１階にお店があるので階段で降りていると著名人の方のサインがいっぱい。
なので混んでるのかなと思ったけど、時間が時間だからかお客さんはおらず貸切状態。
伺ったのは平日22:00過ぎです。
まずお酒のメニューを見てみると、ジムビームハイボールが350円でやす！っと思ったけど、生ビールは450円が280円で激安！ということで生ビールでスタート！
つまみでスクティを頼もうと思ったけど、『KBキッチンでしか味わえない』という説明のマトンのドライミートが気になり、頼んでみた！
でもよくよく考えると、スクティもマトンのドライミート。
どう違うんだろう。
ちなみにどちらも850円。
聞いてみると書き方が違うだけでおんなじだったw
スクティが来るまでメニューをみていると非常に豊富。
カレーでも20種類弱ぐらいありそう。
ちなみにチャッタマリはテレビで紹介されたそうだ。
メニューを見ながらビールが飲み干し、生ビールを追加。
今のうちに「ダルバートセット(1200円)」も頼んでおく。
カレーは野菜かチキンが選べるがなんとなく野菜カレーにした。
ようやくスクティ出来上がり！
ちなみに辛さはちょい辛にした。
ピーマンや玉ねぎなどの野菜とドライマトンが炒められている。
マトンは塩味はもちろんあるもののどちらかと言えばマイルドさの方が強い。
トマトなども一緒に入っているのでカラっカラした感じではなく程よい酸味もあり、そしてなんと言っても玉ねぎの甘さが強く、立体感のある味わい。
クミンパウダーも程よい感じでバランスがいい。
スクティを半分ぐらい食べたところでダルバートセットも到着です。
まずはダル！なんかシャキシャキ音がすると思ったらネギが入ってたんだw
こちらも塩気もいい塩梅でマイルドで余韻が長い。美味しいダル。
野菜カレーは野菜の酸味や甘味などが合わさり深みが強い。
なので野菜カレーとは言え全く単調で無くご飯がすすみます。
ウスターソースが入ってるんじゃないかと思うほど深い。
一方、サグはシンプルな味付けでセットとしてバランスがいい。
めちゃめちゃ腹パンですw
