中国の方が作る中華屋さん。
街の中華屋さんよりは上等で、
高級ではない庶民的な中国料理屋さんという感じです。
昼だけでなく、夜も定食っぽいのがある感じでした。
入店が夜遅い時間だったので、
麺類でささっと食べて帰るつもりでしたので、
メニューにあまり目を通しませんでしたが、
メニューの品数は、それなりに多かったように思えます。
時間も０時まわっていたので、
そろそろ店仕舞い前ということもあったのでしょうか、
店主（店長？）らしき人物と従業員らしき人物が
テーブル席に座って談笑していました。
「まだ大丈夫ですか」とたずねたら、
「はい、大丈夫ですよ」と愛想の良い返事が返ってきました。
さて、料理の方ですが、
五目中華ヤキソバと水餃子をチョイス。
後から気付いたのですが、
店の一押しは、焼き餃子のようです。
ちょっとチョイス失敗かな。
とはいえ、水餃子もそれなりにおいしいです。
ただ、ちょっと気になったのは、
自分の体調が悪かったのか、
何故か水餃子の皮が少し、粉っぽく感じました。
（打ち粉が多かったのかな？）
五目ヤキソバも熱々でおいしかったです。
あんの具は、高級店ではないので、
街の中華屋さんと同程度の材料ですが、
味付けは、割と好みです。
贅沢言わせていただければ、もうちょっとコクが欲しいかな。
麵はよい感じで焼いてあり、
好きなこげ具合でした。
具と麵の量もバランスもGood。
ある程度食べ進めた途中から、
辛子と酢をかけて食べたくなるので、
辛子を用意していただけるとなお嬉しい。
（言えば出してくれたかも）
リーズナブルなので、
再訪ありの予感。
