改築が終わり、元の場所で営業を始めました。 |
新大久保駅近くの大久保通りに面した、周辺の店とは一線を画す、街の焼鳥屋さんです。
カウンター越しに、大量の鶏が焼かれているのが判ります。
ショーケースの端にあった「砂肝塩焼」をいただきました。
串に小ぶりな砂肝が7つ刺さっています。
小ぶりでも7つ刺さるとボリュームがあります。
串の近くは半生で、またいい食感と風味です。
塩はきつめに振られています。
かなりしっかり焼いていますが、不思議と焦げの苦味は全く感じません。
