改築が終わり、元の場所で営業を始めました。 |
おいしい合鴨でした。
最近では合鴨を食べる機会もなくなりましたが、昔はよく食べた気がします。
とても弾力があります。硬く感じる人もいると思います。
香川の鶏の親のほうみたいな感じの食感です。
近くだったらしょっちゅう買いに行くと思います。チェーン店みたいですが、うちの近所にはありません。
半身とか他の部位もたくさんあったと思います。
あまりいっぱいだと顎が疲れちゃうので、今回買った量くらいがちょうど良い感じがします。
