新大久保から１０分以上歩く店に行くことになり
駅からすぐ近くのこちらで相棒と待ち合わせ
大久保で待ち合わせと言えば
ピエロさんが多かったのだか
最近やってないようで心配だ
平日の１８時40分にうかがうと
店内は半分ぐらいの入り
前回行ったのは５年前だが
あいかわらずイキフンはグンバツにいい
15店舗ぐらい訪問した系列の中でも
小竹向原店と並んで好きな店舗だ
相棒とほぼ同時について
テーブル席にシッダウン
BGMはやや大きめの音でシャンソン
ワンオペのマスターは
西武の辻（前）監督に似てるｗ
木々に囲まれた外のテラス席も魅力的なんだが
19時までしか利用できない模様
駅の近くなんだが静かなところなので近隣対策なんだろうか

メヌー落ちッてことで
海老とブロッコリのサラダ

ビーフストロガノフ
ビーボのタバスはセントラルキッチン製で
各店では主に加熱するだけだが
総じてすごくおいしい
実はこの日の昼に
キッチンオリジンで一番人気という
海老とブロッコリのサラダを食べてみたら
単なるマヨネーズ和えで残念だったんだが
ここのはオーロラソースに
カイエンペッパ―がかけられ
なんと海老は背中から大きく開いてあるではないか
エビちゃんはこのひと手間でプリッとして
だんぜん美味しくなるのですんばらすぃ～
ストロガノフも間違いないおいしさ

ワンオペなので後客ですごく忙しくなっちゃってる
