階段で2階お店まで上がると思ったよりだだっ広い店内に先客１名。
「軟骨」って何だろうということでランチメニューから以下注文。
■とろ火で煮込んだ軟骨￥850
5分ほどで出てきた。
沖縄のソーキそばに乗ってるヤツかな？
ワクワクドキドキだったけど結局スペアリブだった。
メニュー表記変えた方がいいんじゃなかろうか。
軟骨は結構ボリューミー。
表面がちょっと炙ったっぽいのもある。
味付けは濃いめだけどなかなかおいしい。
オレンジジュースと薄っすいトムヤムクンスープみたいのも付いてた。
