「広島流つけ麺」
大久保駅から徒歩3分程度にある広島流つけ麺なるものを提供するラーメン店。
テレビで紹介されているのが気になり訪問。
平日の18時30分頃に到着し、すんなり入店できました。
テレビで紹介されていたデフォルトの広島流つけ麺をチョイス。
普通のラーメンと同じく、麺の量や辛さが選べましたが、全て普通で注文しました。
キャベツ・モヤシ・葱・水菜・玉子・チャーシューと具沢山なつけ麺。
一口、、、、麺は豚骨ラーメンに使用されているような細麺。プツリとキレる加水率低めです。
大勝軒のつけ麺のように酸味のあるつけ汁で後からじんわり辛さが来ます。
ん？初めての感じだったので戸惑いもあり、もう一口、もう一口と食べている間にいつの間にか箸が止まらなくなってました。
キャベツ・モヤシ等の野菜を挟むことで更に加速。
食べ進めると段々辛さの割合が増してきて最後まで美味しく食べられました。
食べたその場からまた食べたくなる中毒性のある一杯でした。
