広島流つけ麺 |
大久保駅から細い路地を歩いた先にある広島つけ麺の店。
以前から広島つけ麺は好きだったので都内で出しているお店を探して行ってみました。
メニューは、つけ麺と油そば、まぜそば等がありましたが、
【広島流つけ麺 １０辛】９５０円
を注文して、１０分程で着丼ました。
何よりも、野菜がたっぷり採れるつけ麺という点が好きで、飲んだ後も罪悪感が無い・・のが広島でも定着しているようです。
辛さは１～１００倍まで選べるそうですが、おススメが10辛と書いてあったので、10辛にしました。
かなりしっかり搾られた冷たい麺を漬け汁に浸けて頂きましたが、旨いです。
待ってました！！というレベルの、広島の現地の味を再現され、むしろ超えてきています。
出汁の効いたタレベースに唐辛子の辛みを加えているのですが、ほんのりした甘味もありながらも
旨味と程よい酸味が絶妙で、そこに辛さが加わり、野菜も野菜自体の甘さが楽しめ、麺にもしっかり絡んで美味しく頂け、あっという間に完食です。
個人的には２０辛か３０辛でも良いかと思うくらい、辛さと合うタレと麺でした。
東京では、広島つけ麺の店が出来ては撤退、出来ては撤退の繰り返しで定着しません。
このお店だけは、続いて欲しいですし、応援し続けます。
