今夜は、大久保の「からまる」で夕食です。
こちらは、東京では珍しい広島つけ麺のお店です。
つけ汁の辛さは１倍から１００倍まで選択できます。
初心者なので１倍を選択しました。
さて、「広島流つけ麺」。
素麺のような細麺に、キャベツ、モヤシ、ネギがたっぷり。
ピリ辛のつけ汁でいただきます。
