この日の夕食は大久保にて。
ＪＲ大久保駅で下車、北口から出て目の前の狭い路地を進み、"小滝橋通り"方向へと進み、見つけましたのは、この日の目的の『広島流つけ麺 からまる』さんというお店でした。
こちらは、
『こよなくリヴァプールを愛する店主が新宿区百人町1-20-7 広島流つけ麺からまるからつぶやきます 日曜・祝日はお休みです。営業時間 11:00（16時前後買い出しする事有り）20:00位迄 時間は前後することがあります 広島流汁なし担々麺も絶賛提供中 03-6908-8633』とのこと。
ワンオペの店主さんに迎え入れられ、店の奥には広島東洋カープ愛が強く感じられるポスターなどが貼られ、テレビは野球中継を見ていらっしゃいました( ´艸｀)
カウンター席に着席、カウンターのちょっとべたつく手触りがとても苦手な印象の中、この日いただきましたのは、
広島流つけ麺の並、税込９５０円です。
こちらは、
『広島市で生まれた広島独自のつけ麺です。キリっと冷えた麺を自慢の辛いつけ汁でご堪能ください。
辛さは１倍から１００倍までございます。お好みの辛さを店員にお伝えください。』とのこと。
５分ほどで供されましたのは、胡麻たっぷりの赤いつけ汁と野菜が盛られた麺でございました。
辛さ１０倍のつけ汁は、私には無理なくほどよい辛さ、胡麻がアクセントに酸味も効いていてパンチがありました(*￣∇￣)ノ
麺は不思議な感じがしたパサつく仕上り、これがつけ汁にくぐらせますと、いい感じに絡み、ハネに注意しつつ喉ごしも楽しめました(〃艸〃)ﾑﾌｯ
具材はチャーシャーに玉子、キャベツ、もやし、ねぎ、水菜といったところでしたか。
シャキシャキの野菜と麺をあわせてつけ汁にくぐらせ、美味しくいただきました(≧▽≦)
ちなみに食べ始めた後でも、辛さは追加できるそうです(￣ー￣)ﾆﾔﾘ
広島まで行かずとも、広島流つけ麺がいただけるのは嬉しいお店だと思います(^_-)-☆
