実は今日、行く予定ではなかったラトバレ。
目指したのはネパールツロ、たしか11:50で開店前。
次はベトガド。厨房機器入れ替え(たぶん)で休み。
で、すぐ近くのラトバレに直行となりました。
お店は、地下1階。
通りからそのまままっすぐ降りる明るい階段なので、地下恐怖症の方でも安心です。
店内は半分以上のテーブルにお客さんがおり、賑わっていました。
さて、なんの下調べもせずに入りましたが、お腹も空いていたのでダルバート Bセット650円 マトンにしました。
しばらくして配膳。中辛で頼んだのですが、自分には調度良い辛さで、汗かきながらたべました。
マトン肉は、ちょっと硬さがありますが噛み締めるほど味わい深く、肉食ってるぞと感じました！
ダルスープは少ししょっぱめですが、ご飯とまぜまぜすると、いい塩梅になりました。

さてさて、こちらは、トゥクパがあるようなので、寒い日にまた来たいと思います！
