干しマトンとじゃがいもとスパイスの炒め物が特に美味しかったです。
他の料理に比べて辛さはマイルドながら、メイン級のコッテリ感あり、噛めば噛むほど味がする干しマトン。
初めてのネパール料理でしたがお気に入りメニューが見つかって良かったです。
漬物を頼もうとしたら辛いですよと忠告が入り今回はパスすることに。確かにメニューにもHOT記載あり。
パニプリはスープが思ったより辛く、ヒイヒイ言いながら食べました。
モモ盛り合わせは16個入りと8個入りは入る種類は同じということで8個にしました。直径8cmほどのモモが4種2個ずつ。これで結構お腹いっぱいです。
定番のソースもトマトベースのようですが、辛味が結構あります。
メニューにHOT表記がないものでもだいぶ辛く感じたので、漬物はやはり回避して正解でした。
盛り合わせに入っていなかったほうれん草とチーズのモモが気になるのでまた来たいです。
