ベトガトに行ってきました。
2023年2月の日曜日の11時30分ごろ。
最寄りのJR新大久保駅で歩いて数分のお店になります。奥まった入口から食材売場をさらに奥に進みます。先客は、ありません。早めのランチ。左側奥のテーブルに着席し、オーダーします。
チキンカナセット 550円
ほどなくして、チキンカナセットが運ばれてきました。丸皿の食器には、
・ライス
・サグブテコ
・ムラコアチャール
・チャト二
丸皿とは別に
・チキンカレー
・ダルカレー
ダルは、熱盛。サラサラ。
ライスは、日本米。
チキンカレーは、熱盛、サラサラ、チキンを強く感じる。
サグブテコは、ほうれんそう
ムラコアチャールは、大根、ジャガイモ。
ニンジン、キュウリ、大根スライス。
チャトニは、ペースト系で辛みと酸味。
一通り食したタイミングでカレー、ダルとライスのおかわりを尋ねられ、おかわりをお願いします。
ライスのおかわりは、こちらから声をかけるまでの「ストップ申告制」、
カレーとダルは、カップから器に供給されます。
〆に向けておかわりをしたライス、カレーとダルに、それぞれの食材を混ぜあわせて完食。
PayPayにて支払いを済ませ、お店を後にします。
ベトガト様は、記憶に残るお店のひとつで、大久保界隈で初めて伺ったネパール料理店になります。味、CPのみならず、迷いなくおかわりをすすめるサービスを含め、そのレベルの高さに驚き、その後の、ダルバート道を極めるべく決意のきっかけとなり、多くのネパール料理店がある大久保界隈に通うことになりました。
